Ingrid Nazar RIHR is a certified Spiritual Psychotherapist, trained and experienced in hypnotherapy, guided journeying and the energetic healing arts. Having studied many different modalities over two decades Ingrid has integrated them into an approach that is uniquely her own.  Ingrid has been in practice since 2005. During this time she has developed and co founded the Centre Above for Psychotherapy and Education, hosted meditation groups, facilitated drumming and teaching circles, led self-development workshops and appeared as a public speaker. In private practice Ingrid has developed an expertise working with clients in the areas of anxiety, depression, fragmentation & dissociation, grief, trauma, abuse, relationships, co-dependancy, low self esteem and obsessive compulsive behaviours. 

A teacher of spiritual studies Ingrid continues to passionately explore alternative methods of healing and philosophies that offer greater conscious awareness and understanding. In an atmosphere of open acceptance Ingrid provides a space for clients to safely explore, uncover, clear and heal limiting patterns and beliefs. With a gentle nature and intuitive approach Ingrid successfully guides clients to reconnect to their soul, discover their potential and worth, realize dreams and build their future.

           How I Practice

Ingrid currently sees clients in person from her home based practice in Naramata B.C. Or online by virtual appointment through phone or Google Meet.

Timber the dog and Midnight the cat often join sessions with a client’s consent.
